Pranayam stimulates the inner power and energy of a person and makes him light, fitter, healthy, balanced and active. Swami Ramdev also known as Baba Ramdev has taken this initiative to teach Pranayam to yoga followers all over the world and Baba Ramdev advises the seven-step pranayam package for a healthy, and stress free living.

The whole process of Pranayam takes only around 45 minutes and the duration of Pranayam can be increased up to two hours also. Baba Ramdev says that morning is the best time for doing Pranayam.

Doing Pranayam is pretty easy and people are amazed by the simplicity of Pranayam. As mentioned earlier that it is best to do Pranayam in the morning; after you take bath, you are advised to wear loose clothes, sit straight; keep the neck and head absolutely straight. Your body should be stable and spine should be straight.
